The Chattanooga Mocs men's tennis team found earned its second-straight Southern Conference victory with a 5-2 winner over Wofford during Senior Day festivities on Saturday afternoon at the UTC Tennis Center on campus. Chattanooga (12-10, 3-3 SoCon) has pulled even at 3-3 in the league standings after Saturday's win over Wofford (6-10, 1-4 SoCon) with one match remaining on its schedule. The Mocs currently sit in fourth place in the SoCon with the No. 4-7 slots all being separated by a match in the loss column.
The Wofford College men's tennis team was defeated 5-2 by Chattanooga on Saturday at the UTC Tennis Center. The Mocs won two of the three doubles matches and then took four of the six singles matches for the win. Chattanooga started doubles with a 6-0 win at the #2 position. A 6-2 win at the #3 position clinched the doubles point for the Mocs. Robbie Young and Jack Deveney had a 5-4 lead at #1 doubles and were able to come away with a 7-5 win.
