The Chattanooga Mocs men's tennis team earned its third-straight victory following a convincing 7-0 decision over in-state foe Tennessee State during non-conference action on a chilly Tuesday afternoon outdoors at the UTC Tennis Center. Chattanooga (4-5) has now won three-straight matches following Tuesday's win over Tennessee State (0-4). The Mocs earned its third win over the Tigers in as many seasons and improved to 7-0 all-time in the series' history.
Wofford 7, North Greenville 0
The Wofford College men's tennis team swept North Greenville University on Tuesday afternoon at the Reeves Tennis Center by a 7-0 score. The Terriers won the doubles match and then took all six singles matches to win their third straight contest. In doubles, the duo of Daniel Clivio and Jack Burdell won 6-0 at the #3 position. At the #1 position, Jack Deveney and Robbie Young had a 6-0 win that ended at exactly the same times as the #2 position that was won 6-3 by Hugo Rask and Ian Rasheed as the Terriers clinched the doubles point.
Gardner-Webb 6, ETSU 1
Playing in its first match in nearly three weeks, the ETSU men's tennis team dropped a contest to Gardner-Webb by a score of 6-1 on Tuesday. Tuesday's setback pushes ETSU's record to 1-3 in 2025. The Runnin' Bulldogs captured the doubles point by winning matches by scores of 6-4 and 6-1 in the No. 1 and 2 positions. In singles action, Gardner-Webb won five of the six matches.
