Wofford Opens Spring Tied for Fifth in Puerto Rico

The Wofford men's golf team put forth a strong showing to open the spring slate of the season, placing in a tie for fifth in the Dorado Beach Intercollegiate. Wofford recorded a score of 851 at 13-under, paced by three Terriers in the top 20, to secure the top-five finish.

UNCG Claims First Place at Dorado Beach Collegiate

The UNC Greensboro (UNCG) men's golf team finished in first place in the 16-team field at the Dorado Beach Collegiate on Tuesday in Dorado, Puerto Rico, at TPC Dorado Beach behind a total score of 29-under-par (835).
 
Tuesday's win marks the team's third first-place finish this season. UNCG also finished first at the Bryan National Collegiate on Tuesday, Sept. 10, 2024, and the Elon Invitational on Tuesday, Oct. 15, 2024.

Samford Places Eighth At Gulf Coast Collegiate

he Samford men's golf team placed eighth in the Gulf Coast Collegiate, held Monday and Tuesday at the English Turn Golf and Country Club (Par 72, 7,078 yards).
 
Samford finished with a three-round score of 892 (305-292-295) to finish eighth in the 18-team field. Louisiana-Monroe won the event with a final score of 856 (293-278-285).
