UNCG Secures Win at Sea Palms Invitational

The UNC Greensboro (UNCG) men's golf team secured the first-place finish in the Sea Palms Invitational on Saturday at the Sea Palms Resort.
 
Saturday's win marks the team's fourth first-place finish this season. UNCG also finished first at the Dorado Beach Collegiate on Feb. 25, 2025, the Bryan National Collegiate on Sept. 10, 2024, and the Elon Invitational on Oct. 15, 2024.

Butcher Posts Top Ten to Lead WCU at Peoples Championship

Western Carolina sophomore Jace Butcher posted his second individual top 10 finish of the season on Saturday, pacing the Catamount scoring five in a tie for sixth place with a three-day score of 4-under par 209 as play concluded at The Peoples Championship at the Sea Palms Resort. WCU advanced two spots in the final team order to come home tied for 13th with a 54-hole score of 871.
