Herman Finishes Third, Bears Finish Fifth At Wexford Intercollegiate

The Mercer men's golf team secured a fifth place finish at the Wexford Intercollegiate while graduate student J.T. Herman finished in a tie for third place in the final round of the event on Tuesday in Hilton Head Island. Herman shot two-under for the tournament for a top three finish in the 90-player field, including a five-under 67 in round two complete with six birdies. 

Samford Wraps Up Play At Wexford Intercollegiate

The Samford men's golf team placed 17th in the Wexford Intercollegiate, held Monday and Tuesday at the Wexford Golf Club (Par 72, 6,884 yards).
 
Samford finished with a three-round team score of 918 (315-298-305), placing 17th in the 18-team field. Xavier won the event with a final score of 863 (292-287-284).
