Bressum Leads Charge at Colleton River Collegiate
In challenging scoring conditions on Sunday, Kristian Bressum thrived.The senior from Denmark is one of nine players under par after 36 holes and sits three shots off the individual lead at the Colleton River Collegiate at Colleton River Club. Bressum was tied for the lead after the first round with a 3-under 69 and was one shot back of individual leader Cole Starnes before both players had bogey-free second rounds spoiled at the 18th hole. Starnes bogeyed the 18th, and Bressum triple-bogeyed the hole to finish round two with a one-under 71 and a 4-under score for the tournament thus far. Bressum has the lowest scoring average in the field on par-3 holes at 2.75, with birdies on the third and 17th in round one and the 13th in round two.

Michigan State has the overnight lead at 2 under. Kansas State is second with 1 over, eight clear of the Mocs in third. No. 41 Wake Forest is fourth at 11 over with ETSU in fifth at 12 over.
