Bradley scores 23 points to lead VMI past The Citadel

VMI completed the season sweep of The Citadel in an 82-70 contest at Cameron Hall on Saturday afternoon. The Keydets got out to a 41-31 lead by halftime, and then came out and outscored the Bulldogs again in the second half to come away with the victory.

Rickey Bradley scored 23 points, while grabbing a season-high eight boards to lead the way for VMI.

The Citadel was led by Christian Moore, who recorded 17 points and nine boards.


Tripp, Wofford earn win over Mercer

Wofford topped Mercer, 77-66, at the University Center on Saturday afternoon. The Terriers went into halftime with a 38-27 lead and were able to hold off the Bears for the final 20 minutes.

Corey Tripp scored a game-high 19 points to lead the way for Wofford.

Mercer's offense was led by Ahmad Robinson, who scored 16 points.


UNC Greensboro takes down Western Carolina

UNC Greensboro defeated Western Carolina, 74-70, at First Horizon Coliseum on Saturday evening. The Spartans went into the break leading by three points, and then outscored the Catamounts 45-44 over the final 20 minutes to secure the win.

This win was led by a balanced scoring effort for UNC Greensboro. Ronald Polite III led the scoring with 18 points. Donovan Atwell added 12, while Demetrius Davis also contributed 10 points.

Western Carolina was led by Bernard Pelote, who recorded 17 points and five boards.


Keeslar's season-high 15 points lead Chattanooga past Furman

Chattanooga recorded its fifth straight win, handing Furman an 85-72 loss at McKenzie Arena on Saturday evening. The Mocs went into halftime trailing 38-35, but outscored the Paladins by 16 points in the second half to come back and win.

Garrison Keeslar scored a season-high 15 points to lead the way for Chattanooga.

The Paladins were led by PJay Smith's 22 points.


Peterson leads ETSU to victory over SoCon leader Samford

ETSU earned a hard-fought win at the Freedom Hall Civic Center on Saturday evening, winning 66-59 against Samford in a battle between two of the conference's top teams. The Bulldogs went into halftime with a one-point lead, but the Buccaneers would not go down without a fight. The sides exchanged the lead five times over the final 20 minutes, with ETSU able to do enough to come out on top.

Quimari Peterson scored 22 points to lead the way for ETSU. Peterson was dangerous from three-point land, connecting on 4-of-9 attempts.

Jaden Brownell recorded 18 points and six rebounds, and Rylan Jones contributed another 15 points to pace Samford.
