Bears Win Fifth In A Row, Complete Season Sweep Of Georgia State
The Mercer baseball team won their fifth consecutive game and completed a season sweep of Georgia State on Wednesday night, taking down the Panthers by a score of 8-4. The Bears used four runs in the third to take a lead that they would never relinquish, securing win number 30 of the season. 

Wofford Baseball Drops Midweek Tilt at Winthrop
Runs were at a premium Wednesday night at Founders Field as the Wofford baseball team found itself locked in a tight battle with Winthrop. The Eagles used a late three-run frame in the seventh to secure a 5-3 win. The Terriers drop to 25-21 as Winthrop improves to 27-21.
